GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Products purchased on the website alpenzu.com are sold directly by Alpenzu SRL Fraz. Arnad Le Vieux 45/E 11020 Arnad (AO) ITALY. Alpenzu SRL is the owner and operator of the website, as well as the supplier / manufacturer of products for online sale.
Alpenzu.com conducts its e-commerce business exclusively with its own consumers. Consumers are meant as any natural or legal person.
These general terms and conditions of sale therefore regulate online purchases made on alpenzu.com by entrepreneurs (so-called, business to business) and private individuals (so-called, business to consumer).

As regards the online order, the process occurs as follows:
- Fill the cart with the selected products
- Create a personal account or access your reserved area
- Check the products to be purchased in the shopping cart and remove any unwanted ones
- Check the total amount
- Enter the data for shipping
- Make the desired payment
The delivery services used for shipping are BRT SPA or Arco Spedizioni AP. Shipment is guaranteed on average in 24/48 hours from the moment of the parcel sending. Delivery times may vary depending on the period and / or the destination to be reached.
Alpenzu SRL is not responsible for any delays caused by the delivery service.
If the parcel is delivered with obvious signs of damages, it is advisable to include the words "acceptance with reservation" or "reserve to check undamaged parcel" in the notice at the time of delivery. In this way, the delivery service is already aware that the package may have problems.
Delivery cost is € 10.00 for the whole territory of Italy (including islands and outlying areas) for orders of less than € 50.00. For orders over that amount, shipping costs are free.
Deliveries having abroad destination must be agreed with Alpenzu SRL and shipping costs (calculated according to shipping address, weight and size of the parcel) will be promptly communicated.
Packaging for shipment has been carefully selected in order to guarantee safety and impact resistance.
With regard to the packaging, transport and delivery of parcels containing any other type of product, resistant and safe materials are used in order to avoid breakage and/or damage.
The accepted payment methods are cash at the time of delivery (for this payment method an additional cost of € 5.00 is required), credit cards and bank transfer.

Payments by credit card are handled entirely by Paypal. Paypal offers the possibility to pay through your Paypal account or your normal credit card. Once payment has been received, the customer will be notified immediately and the order will be processed.
Once the order has been processed, the customer will receive an email with a summary of the order.
On all products managed by alpenzu.com and especially those covered by regulations is guaranteed a full traceability. The pictures of the products and the information contained in the information sheets correspond to the real characteristics of the products.
Any discrepancies between the photograph and the product received are due to the craftsmanship of the product.
The prices of the products are all VAT-inclusive.
The invoice will be issued at the time of the order processing, Alpenzu SRL will issue the invoice for the amount of the order. The customer is hereby aware of and authorises such data transmission.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT
The customer can send complaints to email@example.com.
In the event that the products have not been delivered or are not conform to the purchased order, the customer must write to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact +39 0125 921093 specifying the order number and the problem related to the order.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
By placing an order in one of the different above-mentioned ways, the Customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided during the purchase procedure, and fully accepts the general and payment conditions. Therefore, pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the Customer declares to have carefully read the above general conditions in all points and, after careful re-reading, to expressly accept all the points.

- The "owner" of the processing following consultation of this website - Data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The "owner" of the processing of personal data is VALCAISSE S.A.S. di Petey F. & C. The data processed are also related to navigation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Art. 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The consumer may exercise his/her right of withdrawal by sending an email to the email address email@example.com, in which it will be mandatory to enter the order number that you wish to return, possibly specifying on which product you want to exercise the right of withdrawal and, if deemed appropriate, the reason for the return (this information helps the Seller to provide a better service).
Once the above-mentioned notice of withdrawal has been received, the seller will send an email to the consumer, containing the procedure to be followed for returning the product(s).
By exercising the right of withdrawal, the purchaser will have to proceed at his/her own expense, to the return of the purchased product(s), which must be returned sealed and intact, including the outer packaging and/or the wrapping containing the purchased product(s).
If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the procedures and terms indicated, Alpenzu SRL will refund any sums already received for the purchase of the product(s), in accordance with the procedures and terms provided. The sums will be refunded in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which Alpenzu SRL became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, using the same method of payment chosen by the consumer for the initial transaction.
Alpenzu SRL reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the product(s).
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
·The right applies to the purchased product(s) in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on only part of the purchased product(s);
·In accordance with the law, the shipping costs related to the return of the goods shall be borne by the customer; - The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
·If the goods are damaged during transport, Alpenzu SRL will inform the customer (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to enable him/her to file a complaint against the delivery company and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured). In this case, the product(s) will be made available to the customer for its return at the time of cancelling the request for withdrawal;
·Alpenzu SRL is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
·Alpenzu SRL will refund the customer the full amount already paid by deducting the value of "shipping costs", within 14 days of return of product(s), by transferring the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to provide the bank details to obtain the refund (Codes ABI - CAB - Current Account of the invoice holder).
