Our Cuisine

Imagine a family with a dream: promote their region with its ancient, jealously guarded recipes.
Imagine a large kitchen where everyone is working with passion every day, in order to create
genuine and unique products, without preservatives or artificial colourings.
This family is Alpenzu, constantly growing since 2001, using state-of-the-art machinery while
maintaining their own precious traditions.

Passion does not end here. Our family also owns Hotel Lo Scoiattolo, a 4-star hotel immersed in the
Valley of Gressoney and, in 2018, we have launched Walser Garten, a firm that grows delicious vegetables and mountain potatoes.

At Hotel Lo Scoiattolo the smell of wood,
the taste of the local traditional
cuisine and the wellness
centre will make any vacation unforgettable.
