This recipe has ancient and simple peasant origins: the peasant families used to meet at the end of the summer, when there was a large disponibility of vegetables in the garden, so as to create a product that would allow them to preserve and taste the vegetables at any time of the year. The characteristic of this dish is having a sweet and sour tomato base. Among the vegetables contained withinthis recipe we have: red and yellow peppers, cauliflower, celery, carrots, green beans, olives and onions. Tips for use: ideal as an appetizer or as an aperitif to fill sandwiches. Ingredients: Vegetables 55% (Peppers, carrots, cauliflower, green beans, CELERY, onions, olives), tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil, Valle d'Aosta apple vinegar, water, sugar, salt and spices. Product WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES AND COLORING. GLUTEN FREE product. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerator at a temperature between +2°/+6° C.
