The Toma di Gressoney is produced in the mountain pastures of Monte Rosa. It is a semi-fat cow's milk cheese matured for 3-4 months..
Tips for use: heat in the microwave oven removing the cap first or in bain-marie.
Ingredients: Gressoney TOMA 65%, water, CREAM, cornstarch, BUTTER, EGG yolk, melting salt: sodium citrate, preservative: sorbic acid.
GLUTEN FREE product.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerator at a temperature between +2°/+6° C and consume within 3 days.
