The fondue is coupled with Müller Thurgau DOC Wine in order to offer a genuine, natural and even tasty product. The approach to the white wine is a specialty beyond the Alps that we wanted to reinterpret with a local, dry, fruity and slightly aromatic wine.Ingredients: 28% fontina cheese, table cheese, fresh cream, water, Muller Thurgau DOC Vallee d'Aosta 5%, egg yolks, cornstarch and salt. Melting Salt: sodium citrate, salt, flavorings. Preservative: sorbic acid.
