Sauces that can be served with cheese and meat
These fruit-based spicy sauces can improve the flavour of the dishes, that they are combined with, by making them taste particular and unique.

Sauce of Renette apples
It can be served with following sorts of cheese:
Fontina, Gressoney’s cheese, Fromadzo, half-cream mountain cheese, fresh or aromatic goat cheese, half-ripe sheep cheese.
It can be served with following sorts of meat:
boiled meat, roast calf or pork.
Sauce of pears with mustard
It can be served with following sorts of cheese:
Fontina, Gressoney’s cheese, Fromadzo, half-cream mountain cheese, Castelmagno, natural Gorgonzola, ripe cheese, half-ripe or ripe sheep cheese, fresh Parmesan cheese, Emmental.
It can be served with following sorts of meat:
boiled and smoked meat.
Sauce of pears with Donnas wine
It can be served with following sorts of cheese:
Castelmagno, ripe Gorgonzola, ripe cheese, ripe sheep cheese, ripe Parmesan cheese.
It can be served with following sorts of meat:
boiled meat.
Sauce of currants in sweet-and-sour
It can be served with following sorts of meat:
boiled meat, roast pork, smoked meat and sausage, game, carpaccio (meat or fish served with a cold vinaigrette made with olive oil or just olive oil and lemon juice).
