Liqueurs and Grappas

Genepy
This liqueur, that originates from Aosta-Valley’s mountain villages, is obtained from the infusion of mugwort (artemisia glacialis).
It can be savoured very cold like a drink or at room temperature like a digestif.

Honey-flavoured grappa
Fine grappa with the addition of honey from the Aosta-Valley for this liqueur which belongs to the local tradition.
I can be served warm as a tonic, at room temperature for meditation or fresh as a drink for every occasion.

Grappa of Müller-Thurgau
This young and aromatic grappa is obtained from the marc of Müller-Thurgau grapes, that is distilled with alembic in a bain-marie. It is very clear, chrystalline and aromatic with a scent of wild rose that characterises the vine of origin.
Aromatic, mellow and smooth with wide and fragrant retro-olfactory sensations.

Grappa of Pinot Noir
This young and aromatic grappa is obtained from the marc of Pinot Noir grapes, that is distilled with alembic in a bain-marie. It looks clear and it has a strong smell with a scent of apple and hazelnut, aromatic, fine and persistent.

Grappa of Torrette
This young grappa is obtained from the marc of Petit Rouge 75% grapes, that is distilled with alembic in a bain-marie.
It looks clear and chrystalline and it has a scent of vanilla and liquorice.
It tastes harmonious and strong.
