It does not matter if you travel by car, by bus or by plane; to reach the Aosta-Valley is very easy. The motorway Turin-Aosta-Courmayeur makes it possible to reach very quickly Verrès, Aosta, Courmayeur and, thanks to the Mont Blanc tunnel, France.
Moreover, Aosta is the starting point of a clearway leading to Switzerland through the Grand Saint Bernhard tunnel or over the Grand Saint Bernhard pass.
The municipalities of the central valley and of the different lateral valleys can always be reached thanks to a good bus service.
Twice a day there is also a transfer from Turin’s airport “Torino Caselle” to Aosta’s bus station.
The Aosta-Valley can easily be reached also from every part of Europe because it is located amidst three important international airports: Geneva (150 km), Milan (190 km) and Turin (100 km). The air company “Air Vallée” links Aosta to Italy’s main cities.
